Paul Soult develops and implements sales and marketing programs to maximize competitive market advantage. He leads government relations initiatives at the federal, state, and local levels to increase awareness of the value and quality of corporate products and services. Recent clients include Palm Trail, a wireless applications software start-up for which he researched product demand, validated the market concept, and identified core markets. For TriState HVAC, he assists the company president to grow market share, establish product and corporate awareness, reach high-potential customers, and educate public officials regarding product quality and value.
As Vice President, Business Development for MinSec Corrections Corporation, he coordinated fund raising efforts and later identified potential merger and acquisition targets, and managed the post-merger integration of marketing and government relations efforts. He was responsible for corporate publicity and establishing a community development fund which contributed to scholarships, neighborhood enhancement, and law enforcement programs. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Liberty Land Transfer, he hired and trained the sales force, identified and pursued target markets, and implemented marketing and government relations programs.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Soult led a regional sales team for General Mills, directing field research to investigate product reactions, consumer motivations and buying patterns, and coordinating with research specialists to apply results to product development, marketing strategies and sales plans. Mr. Soult received a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a minor in English from St. Joseph’s University where he captained the U.S. national championship men’s crew team. He is actively involved in numerous community and public service organizations, including the Make a Wish Foundation.
